This system plays a crucial role in moisture control and temperature reduction, preventing packaging issues and preserving product quality.

Process Overview:
DDGS powder exits the rotary tube bundle dryer at high temperatures (~100°C) and enters the Fluid Bed Cooler, where controlled air circulation cools the material efficiently. The system ensures:

Moisture-free cooling to prevent clumping during packaging

Optimized air distribution for uniform cooling

Effective de-dusting to maintain product purity

Extensive trials were conducted at our pilot plant facility to analyze particle size, bulk density, and flow characteristics, enabling a custom-engineered solution tailored to the client’s needs. The fluid bed cooler is now operating as per the design parameters, delivering a consistent and reliable cooling process for DDGS production.
