Process Overview:
The plant operates with minimal manpower dependency, thanks to a custom-designed automation system. Bentonite powder is fed into the pan disk granulator, where granules are formed with precise control. These granules are then transported via a conveyor system, where they undergo an automated size classification process:

Correct-sized granules are sent for further processing.

Undersized granules are recycled back into the granulator via a belt conveyor.

Oversized granules are crushed and reprocessed to achieve the desired size.
Once the granules are formed, they contain residual moisture. To ensure a consistent and dry final product, the granules pass through a Fluid Bed Dryer, where they are efficiently dried before entering the automated packing system.
